Shipping and delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia.
There are no hidden fees, handling costs, or unexpected charges at checkout.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days.
If your order hasn’t arrived after this timeframe, please contact us at info@ruecorner.com and our support team will assist you right away.
We work with reliable international and local carriers to ensure smooth delivery across Australia, including:

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link.

Orders & Payments
Rue Corner offers a variety of secure and convenient payment options:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay, Google Pay & Shop Pay (if available on your device or browser)
All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and PayPal, using SSL encryption to keep your details private and protected.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they haven’t been shipped yet.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and our standard return process applies.
No worries — sometimes the email ends up in your spam or junk folder.

Returns
To request a return, please send us an email at info@ruecorner.com.
Include your name, order number (e.g. #1234), and the reason for your return.
Once we’ve reviewed your request, you’ll receive the return address and further instructions.
Please wait for confirmation before sending your item back. Unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
For defective items: There are no costs for the customer. This applies if the item was sent incorrectly, damaged during transport, or arrived faulty.
For change of mind (for example, if the item doesn’t fit or is no longer wanted): Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. These costs are non-refundable.
At Rue Corner, you can return an item within 30 days of receiving it.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.
- It must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.
